Two of Four Boys in K-Mart Robbery Adjudicated

Two teenagers are in custody of the juvenile justice system after they were processed on charges of criminal conspiracy in the armed robbery of Minot s K-Mart nearly two weeks ago Because their cases were heard in juvenile court their names are not being released The other two boys who are accused of actually carrying out the armed robbery may have their cases moved to adult court Assistant Ward County State s Attorney Tim Wilhelm says a hearing on that move has been continued at the request of defense attorneys He says it ll probably resume in mid-October Wilhelm says those two teens are still in custody and will stay in custody until they are either moved to adult court or have their cases adjudicated in the juvenile court system The two who may be tried as adults are charged with actually entering the K-Mart carrying a sawed-off shotgun and stealing money bags from the store at closing time
