State Hospital Psychologist on the Stand in Nichols Trial

The physcologist who examined Aron Nichols at the state hospital was on the stand in a Devils Lake courtroon this morning Nichols is the man charged with two murders Donald and Alice Willey of Wells County nearly a year ago Dr Lincoln Combs is a rebuttal witness for the state He was called in answer to the testimony given yesterday by the physcolgist for the defence Dr Combs said that Aron Nichols was faking his physcological symptons The prosecution is finishing with rebuttal witnesses today and closing arguments are planned for tomorrow in the trial of Nichols as well as Tamara Sorenson who is charged with being his accomplice in the killings
